What if my cleaner can’t make it?

We’re dealing with real people, so naturally sickness or unforeseen circumstances can mean your regular cleaner is unable to attend when planned.

At Workplace Cleaning Solutions we provide you with a dedicated account manager. It’s likely your cleaner will have alerted us, but by giving your account manager a quick call they’ll quickly be able to find a solution for you.

You’ll be able to choose whether to leave the clean on this occasion and not be charged for those hours, or we can provide you with another cleaner to make up the cleaning hours your regular cleaner is unable to do.

Depending on the notice given by your cleaner we may not be able to guarantee the same time for your clean, but we will provide a cleaner who will be fully briefed by your account manager so they can step in and cover the hours required.
