Happy New Year to you and your colleagues. Back to the grindstone, however, most of us are happy to get back into some type of routine, and certainly away from the evil cheese!
Might be time to get the daily fruit basket out again for your staff to get them healthy and bug free. Try and be ahead of the game by reducing time of sick. No better time to re-think those bad habits! It is a rich source of nutrients like calcium, potassium, vitamin C and pectin fibre. So, make it a part of your daily routine and enjoy its health benefits. It’s great to sooth a sore throat as well.
Take a look around your office and see if you can move things around a bit to give people a different view or even a new desk completely. Get everyone to have a desk clear-out and sort out filing cabinets and cupboards. A clean desk, clean mind is what they say so try and start the year as you mean to go on.
Promoting good hygiene with tissues and hand sanitisers accessible can massively support a healthy environment for all. Having said not all bugs are eliminated with hand gels, therefore the most effective way to get rid of all germs is good old hand washing with soap and hot water.
