Last summer we received an enquiry from a venue and although we usually prefer to stay away from gossip and negative comments about other contract cleaning services, we felt compelled to share the experiences of one of our new clients.
The venue, based in Northampton had been using another company for their contract cleaning services and received cleaning supplies from them too. Unfortunately the standard of cleaning was a bit inconsistent especially in the toilet facilities, so the venue had a chat to the contract cleaning services manager, whose response was to suggest that the venue pay him cash and he would come and clean the facilities!

However, the tale does have a happy ending, we got a new client, they got the contract cleaning services they pay for – even the toilets, we have recommended a new consumables company which we work closely with, who monitor the cleaning supplies level and keep us in the loop and if the worst does happen and they decide to stop using our contract cleaning services then the venue only needs to provide 30 days notice. If our clients aren’t happy, we aren’t happy and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
